Kwasi Apraku-Gyau, affectionately known as JK, is the founder of Blackberry Acres LLC and the Network of Support, a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit. With over 15 years of public service in both the D.C. and federal government, JK has built his life’s work around creating connections and building bridges across communities—both locally and globally.

Originally from Ghana, JK brings a unique global perspective to his mission. His work focuses on ensuring that people everywhere have access to the support, care, and opportunities they need to thrive. Through Blackberry Acres and the Network of Support, he continues to champion programs that bring people together, foster resilience, and create pathways for lasting impact.
