Leticia Adu

Leticia Adu is a seasoned professional with over 10 years of experience in project and program management, strategic planning, workforce development, and advocacy for underserved and at-risk populations. She has specialized expertise in grants management, program oversight, policy development, as well as training and technical assistance for federal financial assistance programs. 

Leticia holds a master’s degree in human services administration from the University of Baltimore and dual bachelor’s degrees in criminal justice, Sociology, and Political Science from Frostburg State University. 

A passionate advocate for mentorship, Leticia believes in the transformative power of guidance and support in shaping personal and professional growth. Originally from Ghana and raised in Maryland, she deeply understands the challenges of navigating cultural transitions. She is dedicated to fostering confidence and resilience in others, which is evident in her volunteer work as the Director of International Engagement for a local nonprofit that empowers young girls. Additionally, she serves as a member of Prince George’s County Trial Board under the Maryland Police Accountability Act. 

In her free time, Leticia enjoys traveling, exploring new cultures and ideas, and spending time with her loved ones.
