Dr. Darnell A. Lee
Dr. Darnell A. Lee has nearly two decades of experience in managing human resources and organizational strategy functions in the House of Representatives. In addition to his legislative experience, Darnell has worked in both the federal and private sectors, focusing on human resources, strategic planning, change management, talent development, and employee engagement.
Darnell holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Ursinus College in Collegeville, PA. He earned a Master of Arts in Human Resource Development from the George Washington University’s School of Education and Human Development (GSEHD) and completed his Doctor of Education in Human and Organizational Learning in 2020.
Darnell lives by the motto, “Your attitude creates the situation you imagine,” a principle he applies in his work and interactions with others. A native of Philadelphia, PA, currently resides in Maryland. In his free time, Darnell enjoys traveling, exploring new and exciting places, running marathons, and participating in social and political advocacy activities.
