Adrienne R. McElhaney

Adrienne McElhaney is an experienced senior management analyst in the federal government sector, with over 20 years of experience. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Management from the Catholic University of America and continues to excel in her profession while fostering a high-quality work environment. 

In addition to her career, Adrienne is a fitness enthusiast and a world-class, all-natural bodybuilder. She has competed in numerous competitions across the United States. Her passion for fitness and wellness has made her a strong advocate for healthy living. Adrienne holds both the Organization of Competition Bodies (OCB) Professional Bodybuilding card and a Professional Natural Bodybuilding Association (PNBA) Pro card. Notably, in 2019, she placed fourth in the PNBA’s All-Natural Olympia competition, competing against numerous athletes from around the globe. 

Adrienne resides in Hyattsville, MD, where she enjoys singing and offering boot camp classes to the community. She also provides wellness coaching opportunities to help serve those around her.
