Welcome to the Clarey Walker Foundation (CWF)
At the Clarey Walker Foundation, we believe leadership is about more than influence—it’s about integrity, vision, and service. We exist to empower high school students who are ready to lead with purpose and leave a legacy of impact in their communities and beyond.
Founded in Gainesville, Florida, CWF is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit focused on providing transformational leadership training, mentorship, and scholarships to the next generation of changemakers.
The Leadership Academy
Our flagship program—the CWF Leadership Academy—is a rigorous, year-long training experience for public high school students in Alachua County. Students gain practical tools in:
Public speaking & personal branding- College preparation & scholarship readiness
- Real-world leadership scenarios
- Mentorship from professionals & federal leaders
Graduates can advance to become Elite Leaders, competing for exclusive $1,000 scholarships and taking on leadership roles within the foundation.
Our Founder: Clarey Walker
The foundation is led by Clarey Walker, a visionary educator, trainer, and lifelong public servant. Clarey’s journey through leadership wasn’t built on privilege—it was built on persistence, values, and a desire to help others rise. His hands-on approach ensures CWF remains rooted in excellence, equity, and heart.
