Raphaelle Richardson is an innovative thinker and resourceful leader known for her ability to inspire passion and productivity among team members from diverse generations and cultural backgrounds. Over the past 20 years, Ms. Richardson has positively impacted the lives of more than 30,000 young adults worldwide. In her current role, she leads the strategic planning, development, and execution of national public health programs, managing $100 million in federal funding and facilitating collaboration among multiple stakeholders to drive impactful outcomes.
Her exceptional ability to harness her faith and think strategically has led to invitations to speak on youth mental health at prestigious venues such as the White House and the United Nations. Additionally, she has collaborated with renowned celebrities like Dwyane Wade and Common.
Raphaelle is the founder and CEO of MAI PEACE™ (pronounced ‘my peace’), an international wellness company dedicated to helping youth, young adults, and adults achieve success in all areas of their lives through planners, calendars, journals, coaching, and community events.
